Refund and Returns Policy
At XPShell, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below:
1. 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Return
- Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@dipuya.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom Products: Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless they have a quality issue. If your custom product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Final Sale Items: Certain items, such as clearance products, may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Exchanges
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@dipuya.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange or refund at no additional cost to you.
- Replacement: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return first, and then place a new order for the desired item.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- Checking Your Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contacting Your Bank: Then contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Still No Refund?: If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dipuya.com, and we will assist you further.
